Connie was born in Franklin, Louisiana on September 15, 1966. She was the first of six daughters and one son born to parents Elridge and Betty Carlin. In 1984 she married Jimmy, the love of her life. She loved him so, that she had a special tattoo of his initials on her finger.
She was, a devoted wife, mother, sister, a loyal friend, and Nana who adored her grand babies.
