Kenneth Anthony Stansbury

New Iberia – Kenneth Anthony Stansbury (77) passed away on February 12,2023, at Iberia Medical Center.

Kenneth was born December 24, 1945, to Chris and Louella Marie Broussard Stansbury in New Iberia, Louisiana.  He was employed by Aggreko and owned Stansbury Electrical .  He was a skilled electrician all of his life.

He was full of Joie de vivre.  Kenneth was an avid hunter and fisherman. His favorite vacations were going to Galveston beach with his family and sailing the ocean on cruises. When relaxing he enjoyed spending time on his computer and swinging on his front porch.  Kenneth served his community as a member of the National Guard.

He is survived by his adoring wife Brenda Stansbury and their son Tyson Stansbury of New Iberia; his sisters Audrey Stansbury and Becky Boudreaux and one grandson Cullen Stansbury.

He was preceded in death by his parents Chris and Louella Marie Broussard Stansbury, sisters Christine Bukowsky and Patsy Watson.

A memorial will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help located at 1303 St. Jude Ave. New Iberia, Louisiana 70560,  from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 17, 2023, with the service performed by Father Garrett Savoie beginning at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
