Obituary
New Iberia~ Ms. Leola Jane Dartez passed away on October 27, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Leola is survived by her sister, Eloise (Dan) Schmittzehe of Monroe; nieces Karen Broussard of New Iberia, Mary Schmittzehe of Monroe, Patsy Meche of Monroe and her nephew Alex Broussard of New Iberia.
She is preceded in death by her parents Dedier Joseph and Leona Boudreaux Dartez; brother Kirby John Dartez, and sister Margaret Ann Dartez.
A memorial gathering will be held November 3rd, 2022 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 at St. Marcellus Hall. Mass will follow at St. Marcellus Church, 6100 Avery Island Rd, New Iberia, LA 70560.
