Obituary
New Iberia, LA- Ruby Landry Louviere, age 87, passed away December 30, 2022, in Broussard, LA.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 9, 2023, at 2:00pm in Greene Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Alex Covington officiating the service. Interment will follow at Holy Family Cemetery. The family has requested the visitation be held from 10:00AM until service time. The Men’s Rosary Group of New Iberia will be reciting a rosary at 11:00AM.
Preceded in death by her parents, Chester Albert Landry, Sr. and Elgie Hebert Landry; brothers, Stephen, Isaac and Buck Landry; sisters, Barbara Saucier and Grace LeBlanc.
Those left to mourn her lost are her husband, Louis Louviere of New Iberia; sons, Pat Louviere “Annette” of Broussard, and Michael Louviere, Sr. of New Iberia; daughter, Linda Louviere of New Iberia; brothers, Andrew Landry of Delcambre, Albert C. Landry, Jr of Delcambre, Jessie Landry of New Iberia and Willis Landry “Judy” of New Iberia; sisters, Lucille Landry of Coteau, Delores Landry of New Iberia, Shirley Myers “Ladd” of Youngsville, Jeanelle Romero “Richard” of Coteau and three grandchildren.
