Wayne Landry Obituary

New Iberia- Wayne C. Landry passed away suddenly at the age of 52, at a local Lafayette hospital on August 2, 2022. Born on March 9, 1970, to Beverly Landry. He grew up in New Iberia but lived most of his life in the Lafayette area. Wayne was a home health nurse, a hairdresser, and friend to all he’d meet. His friends became his family.

He is survived by his sisters Shannon Toups, Trudy Viator. Brothers Shane Toups, Irvin Dupry and Ulysses Dupry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Lancon; brothers Dry Ransonat and Guy Ransonat. Sister Donna Ransonat Camile.

A celebration of life will be held on August 10, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Greene Funeral Home Chapel, 802 Weldon Street, New Iberia, LA 70560. 337-256-5152.
